Night shift

I came hame this morning. I got so tired working all night because of the night shift.
The night shift is busy or easy ? It depends on the situation which parients come to us.
Last night it was the former,unfourtunatelly. 7 pm the ambulance car was coming wailling a siren. " Peeh Pooh, Peeh Pooh" Sounding a siren even in the hospital premises, this is not a good sign. It means they are taking a patient in a critcal condition. ER door opens and some staffs are waiting to start a medical treatment immidiately. In yesterday's case, the patient suffered from the rupture of an AAA. Chem! CBC! Blood Type and Cross match!!!!!! .
It was a terrible weather outside. Inside the hospital there was a chaos.
After work, It's too blight to see the sky for eyes. I needed anyhow sleep.
